CEO Profile
Okuda Shintaro
CEO · LankaMe Japan Co., Ltd.
Okuda Shintaro joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd. as a new graduate, working on automotive and transportation-related businesses in the company’s then machinery and transportation systems division. He was subsequently posted to Brazil.
After returning to Japan, he started his own business and began operating from a Hong Kong base in 2021. Building on the success of LankaMe, his private charter service in Sri Lanka, he returned to Japan and launched private charter services in Hokkaido.

The Story Behind TokyoVia
Tokyo can be many journeys at once: a quiet shrine courtyard, the energy of a city crossing, a neighbourhood lunch or the first view of the mountains beyond the skyline. The most memorable day is often the one that leaves enough room to enjoy each place.
TokyoVia is built around that idea. “Via” suggests a way through: the route between the places you choose, and the discoveries along the way. We help connect those places into a journey that makes sense for your time, your interests and the people travelling with you.
Our approach draws on the private-charter experience behind LankaMe and HokkaVia: listen first, plan carefully and keep the journey personal. For TokyoVia, that means a relaxed city day, a smooth airport arrival or a thoughtfully paced route through the surrounding regions.
